Q: I am a retailer, church, ministry, etc. and I want to carry the Spirit and Truth lines, do you sell wholesale?
A: Yes, you can! Our primary role is manufacturer/wholesaler of our Spirit and Truth Christian Jewelry Design copyrighted lines. We also design and manufacture our own counter and floor model displays especially to show off the Spirit and Truth lines. You may set up an account and order by e-mailing us. We will respond right away. Always leave a contact name and phone number and a representative will call you. Small and big accounts welcome.

Q: I want a "fish/cross" or "dove" or other charm instead of a "basic cross" on my bracelet, can I do this?
A: Yes, you can! Follow the on line ordering process for the bracelet you want. Choose your verse and finish the transaction. At the end of check out there will be a box to send us "special instructions" regarding your order. Type in that you want to substitute the fish/cross for the basic cross, etc. The small dove, fish/cross, and basic cross are all equal price substitutes. For our Jesus fish, fish disc, cubic zirconium fish, twin heart cross or cubic zirconium tiny tip cross an additional $2 will be added.

Q: This is a gift, can I have it boxed?
A: All items ordered come in a black velveteen, draw string jewelry bag suitable for gift giving. Because your e-mail confirmation is your receipt for print out, no reference to pricing is included in any order… you may send it directly to the gift recipient without concern. At the end of checkout you will have opportunity to "send a message" with the gift. Your message will be printed out on Spirit and Truth letter paper and included with the gift.

Q: How long will my order take to ship?
A: Most orders go out within 3 business days or less. Occasionally during peek times of the year, such as holidays, it can take a little longer. If there is a problem with your order we will call you or e-mail you. U.S. first class mail takes about 4-6 days; U.S. priority mail is quoted at 2-3 days and overnight delivery is through Fed Ex. Time quotes are not counting weekends. Custom orders may take a few days longer since the tags are not stocked items.

Q: Can I wear my Spirit and Truth jewelry in the shower? How can I clean my piece?
A: Like anything, the better you care for your piece the longer it will last. Your necklace or bracelet can be worn in the shower and should be towel dried after wards. You can clean your jewelry with soap and water. You may also use a silver cleaner purchsed from your local jewelry store.

Q: Can I get a "custom verse" or "custom message" on my piece?
A: Yes, you can! In the ordering process you can choose from a menu of over 200 verses for your charm at no extra cost. You will also have the option to upgrade to a custom engraved tag for $4.95 by entering your verse or message, as you want it to appear. The easy to follow instructions will take you through the ordering steps.

Q: Can I get 2 verse tags on my piece?
A: Yes, you can! Many people want 2 verse tags back to back on their piece… a great charm look! Follow the on line ordering process for the piece you want. Choose your first verse and finish the transaction. At the end of check out there will be a box to send us "special instructions" regarding your order. Type in that you want to add a second tag, and tell us the second verse you want. An additional $4.95 will be added to your charge (if second verse tag is custom an additional $4.95 will again be charged).

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is FREE via U.S. first class mail on all orders! You can choose other options.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Our 8 year track record is below a 1% return rate; amazing! If you like it on the internet you will love it in real life!. Since we offer Free Shipping, if you decide to return an item there is a 15% restocking fee. If you ordered a custom tag, the tag is yours to keep at the $4.95 price.(no refund on custom tags). Simply e-mail us and we will send you a return address with instructions. When your item arrives, we will immediately credit back your card for the full purchase amount minus 15% restock fee. Returns within 10 days are not charged the restocking fee. Any returns after 30 days need to be approved. Please call us. Since we offer free shipping, if you paid for a shipping option, the shipping charges will not be refunded.

Q: I don't like sending my credit card information through the internet, would you call me to take my order?
A: Yes, we will! If you are not comfortable with "secure server shopping" you can e-mail us your name, phone number and time zone and we will call you anywhere within the United States!
